Peaks & Pines is a spacious log cabin, laid out so a big group never feels on top of each other. Where everyone sleeps (10 guests): Two king bedrooms, each its own quiet retreat. A loft with two twin beds, reached by a ladder, that kids and teens love. Two queen sofa beds with one in the living room and one in the game room for easy overflow. Bathrooms: Two full baths, one with a jacuzzi tub for a long soak after a day in the mountains. Gather and unwind: An open living room made for movie nights, a dining table for six, a two-person high-top table and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook for a crowd. Play: A dedicated game room with billiards, shuffleboard, and arcade play, plus two mountain-facing balconies, one with the hot tub and one with a grill. There's also a charcoal grill in front of the cabin for guest use. The whole cabin is built for togetherness, with plenty of room to gather and quiet corners to slip away.
Other Details to Note
A few things to know before you book: This is a peaceful, family-friendly cabin in a quiet resort community, not an event or party venue. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The loft is reached by a ladder and is not suited for young children or anyone unsteady on their feet. Please use it with care. The hot tub is a highlight. We simply ask that guests follow the posted safety rules and keep it covered when it is not in use. We do not allow pets or smoking anywhere on the property. A rental agreement is required and will be sent for signature upon booking.

Peaks & Pines is tucked into Legacy Mountain Resort, perched along a peaceful mountain ridge between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. It feels wonderfully removed from the bustle below, with sweeping Smoky Mountain views and resort amenities just a short walk from the cabin, yet you are surprisingly close to everything that brings people to the Smokies. Dollywood is about 10–15 minutes away, with Pigeon Forge, The Island and downtown Sevierville typically within 12–18 minutes. Gatlinburg and Great Smoky Mountains National Park are an easy scenic drive when you are ready to explore. Best of all, Legacy Mountain Ziplines is right at the entrance to the community, so your next adventure is practically in the neighborhood.
Guest Access
You have the entire cabin to yourselves, both balconies included. As a guest at Legacy Mountain Resort, you also enjoy the clubhouse amenities: a swimming pool, a fitness center, and an outdoor fireplace lounge for cool mountain evenings. Legacy Mountain Ziplines is in the community at the bottom of the mountain, so a morning of ziplining is as easy as stepping outside.

A car is the easiest way to explore the Smokies from Peaks & Pines. The cabin sits in Legacy Mountain Resort on the ridge between Sevierville and Pigeon Forge, with paved roads all the way to the cabin. You are in the mountains, so expect winding roads and elevation changes, but four-wheel drive is not normally required. As with anywhere in the mountains, use extra caution and check conditions if snow or ice is expected. Dollywood is approximately 10–15 minutes away, Pigeon Forge and The Island about 12–18 minutes, Gatlinburg about 25–30 minutes, and the Sugarlands entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park about 30–35 minutes. Traffic on the Parkway can get busy during summer weekends, holidays and fall leaf season, so give yourself a little extra time during peak periods. Once you're in town, the trolley systems in Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Sevierville are an easy way to park once and explore without spending your day in Parkway traffic.
